Shipping & Returns
Once we receive and inspect a returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If the refund is approved, the amount will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Refunds are usually credited within 10 to 12 business days after the refund has been initiated. The exact time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on external factors such as banks, payment gateways, and financial institutions, which are beyond our control.
For cancelled orders or returned products due to reasons such as incorrect items, incomplete sets, wrong size, damaged products, or defective merchandise, the refund will be issued to the same account that was used for the original payment. If the order was placed using Cash on Delivery, the refund will be processed through bank transfer, and the customer may be required to provide the necessary bank details.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address along with the correct pin code at the time of placing the order. Great Indie will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or loss of shipment caused due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. In such cases, refunds may not be applicable if the delivery issue occurred due to reasons beyond our control.
The billing address refers to the address linked to your payment method, while the shipping address refers to the location where the order will be delivered. Once an order has been placed, the shipping address cannot be changed.
After placing an order, you will be able to track the order status through the tracking details shared after dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor the delivery status.
