Our Story
Great Indie started with something we kept noticing everywhere. The dogs who guard our streets, follow us home, and become part of our lives are often fed whatever happens to be around.
A biscuit here, some leftovers there, and somehow that became the norm. We felt that these smart and strong dogs deserved a little more thought in their bowl. So with the help of people who understand dogs best, we began working on food that actually suits their everyday lives.
Indies inspired the idea, but the result is something every dog can happily dig into.
Meet Our Chief Dog Officer: SIMBA
Hi, I’m Simba. Chief Dog Officer at Great Indie.
I grew up watching my indie brothers and sisters eat whatever came their way, be it biscuits, scraps or the occasional mystery meal from the street corner. We’re tough dogs, sure, but even tough dogs deserve food that actually does them good.
Luckily, I had three regular visitors: Shashank, Manik, and Suhail. They fed me, played with me, and listened when I decided it was time to fix what was in the bowl. Together, we came up with the idea of making proper food for Indie dogs, the kind that keeps tails wagging for the right reasons.
We started with Indies in mind, but good food is good food. Now every breed gets to enjoy the same upgrade.
